Rev. Napoleon Odilin Hormidas Dorion
Born - May 20, 1867 -- Died - March 27, 1917

Rev. N.O.H. Dorion for several years was chaplain in the Quantine Island in Quebec and in 1894 was transferred to the Vermont Diocese in Orwell Vermont. In 1899 Rev. N.O.H. Dorion was transferred from Orwell Vermont and was appointed All Saints Catholic Church first permanent Pastor in Richford from 1899 to 1913. Parish founded June 18, 1899, by Rev. N.O.H. Dorion. Rev. N.O.H. Dorion was responsible for the construction of All Saints Catholic Church, Corner Stone being blessed on July 13, 1902. Church was dedicated on October 11, 1903, and Rev. N.O.H. Dorion worked hard for fourteen years to organize All Saints Parish but because of failing health, he retired in Bakersfield in 1913. He remained there until his Death on March 27, 1917, and his body was laid to rest in All Saints Cemetery in Richford. Rev. N.O.H. Dorion was the son of William and Mary (Roberts) Dorion and was Born on May 20, 1867, in Charlesbourg, Quebec, Dying in Bakersfield Vermont on Thursday March 27, 1917, at 9:00 pm at the age of 49 Years-10 Months and 9 days.

There are 478 headstones and 1,056 known bodies laid to rest in old part of All Saints Cemetery and 101 headstones and 114 known bodies laid to rest in new part known as the Vincent Lot. Making 579 headstones and 1,170 known bodies, which includes 126 known veterans buried in All Saints Cemetery in Richford as of December 2009.
